Information on your device CifraGrid stores progress, points, earned access, preferences and saved games on your device. The optional ranking feature uses a randomly generated identity and a nickname. Core gameplay does not require an email address or password. A ranking nickname does not synchronize progress between the app and the website.
Ranking and online features When you register a nickname, the service stores a player identifier, the nickname, a hash of its access credential and a creation date. Online features use game records such as mode, puzzle, dates, elapsed time, level and hints. The service also supports daily participation and records of profile reports and blocks. The ranking makes nicknames and results public. Its technical response also includes a player identifier and an indication of whether a result belongs to the current player. These data support participation identification, result display and ranking functionality.
Feedback you choose to send The feedback feature prepares a message to support after displaying a preview. You decide whether to send it through your email app. If you send it, we receive your sender address and message content. You may include optional version, platform, language and screen-size details, and add attachments manually. The reviewed feature does not send the form automatically.
Providers and connection information Cloudflare hosts the website, online functions and ranking database, and processes connection information to deliver and protect those services. Zoho hosts the support mailbox, which receives information you choose to send by email. Provider processing is governed by the arrangements and policies applicable to their services: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ and https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html. CifraGrid remains responsible for its own use of data and retention decisions. No universal retention period for provider logs is stated here.
Retention and deletion We retain your ranking profile and results until you request their deletion. Moderation records are retained while needed to address reports and manage blocks. Support messages are retained to handle the inquiry and its follow-up. Any additional retention requires a specific documented reason. These criteria do not imply immediate automatic deletion or establish a universal two-day or seven-day expiry for all records. The service code includes a limited cleanup: when a player starts a regular ranked game, it removes that player's run records started more than two days earlier. This does not imply periodic cleanup for all players or deletion of every data category. The app includes a control to delete your ranking profile. After your confirmation, it requests removal of the profile and associated results, runs, daily participation, reports and blocks. This function is separate from your local points and progress. Uninstalling the app or clearing its local data is not the same as requesting deletion of online data. The database provides a seven-day recovery window. This is not an expiry period for live records or a promise that recovery copies are immediately purged when a profile is deleted. For questions or requests to delete information associated with your support messages, use the privacy email above.
